So i interviewed 2 weeks ago with BB operations division and they said it would take 1-2 weeks for a decision. I received an email yesterday stating that they need more time to make a decision and i will hear within 2-3 weeks. Is this a general "you are an alternate" type thing or since it is operations and not IB, could it be that they really do need more time to decide?
