How much commission(in terms of percentage) do you make of the profits if you work for a hedge fund as a trader?
I know the industry average fee is 2/20 for hedge funds. But from that, how much commission does each employee trader make? Because the fund and the employee both have to make money each. How is the total commission of the 2/20 divided between the fund and the traders?
