How to build up resume for a college freshman?
Hey everybody,
I will be starting my freshman year of university in a couple of months at a non-target (but still a good school, #78 in the world for commerce) and would like to know how to build up my resume for the upcoming summer in which I would like to intern, preferably as a summer analyst (although it is unlikely), or at least PWM or corporate finance. I know I will not have much on my resume since it is my first year and I currently do not have any work experience.
So far I thought I could do some courses from corporatefinanceinstitute and some other excel courses to show that I have an interest in finance. Any other recommendations? Should I start networking now, or is it too early?
I have a good amount of time left which I am willing to use productively.
Thanks in advance!
