How to nail behaviorals?

Just as the title states, is there any template you guys use for behavioral questions? Do you completely bullshit your way through these? Do you run a Monte Carlo simulation the day before and prepare for every single possible question ?How do you prepare for these? I’m very technically sound, but if anything stumps me on interviews/hirevues, it’s the bs tell me about a time when type questions. I’d love some help as I’m interviewing for for FT.

Hahah love this. I'll take heed to this advice. I guess going a little bit further, do you completely bs answers or do you really have that many experiences to draw from? I'm pretty involved on campus and have internships under my belt. I just have trouble coming up with something super specific without lying.

Honestly a lot of the questions I got were super general workplace type questions. “Talk about a time you worked on a team” type of stuff. My SA interviews I didn’t have any IB experience and worked odd jobs my underclassmen years, so I just drew on those experiences to showcase that I can be professional and a good worker. I think if you can show that you learn fast, work hard, and are easy to get along with then you’ll be fine.
