How to use an IB offer to have a potential expedited process at another bank?

What is the best approach to email recruiters for these two banks to have a potential expedited process? I understand that it is not guaranteed or even likely, but I would rather at least try. I have been in contact with a director at citi for recruitment but I am not sure what would be the best approach to bring this up. Any help would be appreciated!

FYI: I come from a non-target
