How would you rank the Cap Rates of the sub-sectors in London?
Hi there,
How would you rank the Cap Rates of the sub-sectors in London?
I am unsure which sub-sectors would have the lowest and which would have the highest cap rates. Please could you rank residential, office, hotels, retail and logistics? Also, could you please state what you think the cap rate would be for each asset class (i.e. office - 3.25% in West End etc).
I look forward to hearing people's thoughts?
