IB Analyst EMEA Comp
Title says it all. I'm curious as to what base/ bonus/ all-in compensation looks like for IB Analysts in Europe, especially in London. Tried searching WSO but found more US figures for the recent salary bumps. But I've heard european pay is slightly lower than US, so would you please be able to share how much base and bonuses are at for first and second year analysts?
Take a look at Arkesden's Banking Compensation Report for London salaries
Only seeing the 20/21 report which was written in April. But banks raised pay since. If you have any updated figures, it would be great!
Most banks are now in the £60-65k range with some EB paying up to £70k. No visibility on bonuses as bonus season is right around the corner
MS pays 70k
Is that only for IB or even for S&T?
Are there still banks that pay on 50-55k £ range?
So is it just MS and top EBs that pay 70, and are most banks in the 60-65 range, or are other BBs in the 70 base area too? Imagining GS being at 70 too since both firms wen to $110 base in the US. Would be super helpful if anyone else could share!
Bump with Citi bumping their Analyst pay again in the states to $110 A1. Firm name and base please!
Citi still £60k as haven't heard any rumours suggesting otherwise. Other data points:
GS 65k
MS 70k
JPM 60k
BAML 57.5k
Citi 60k
BarCap 60k
CS 60k
DB 58k
Roths 62k
Evercore 63k
RBC 60k
HL 65k
PWP 70k
UBS 60k
Jefferies 70k
PJT 70k
Sign-on is usually between £5k-£7k.
This is brilliant! Cheers mate
What's the progression like among AN 1-2-3? +5k each level?
Praesentium atque repellendus ex nihil beatae perspiciatis qui. Blanditiis a animi recusandae nesciunt nemo.
