Internship with a Central Bank. How is it seen by the private sector.
So I just wanted to hop on here and get your take on something. So I've just finished my second year as an undergrad at university and have been applying all year long to S&T, Equity Research, and Investment Banking roles, to no avail (few assessment centers and phone interviews). But I did manage to secure an internship at a central bank (risk management) in one of the countries in Europe. I really want to lateral into S&T or Equity Research after graduating, so how will an internship at a central bank look? Bad or Good?
