Interview Timeline Question
Networked my way into an interview process for a boutique before their official recruitment process started. Had 3 great interviews and am waiting to hear back. I saw on their jobs site they posted a formal application portal for the role one day after my last interview and I'm wondering if I should formally apply to this even if I'm already so far in the process. Also am curious how the other applications submitted will impact my chances since I got in there earlier than the rest.
