IS Analyst Bonus Comp
I have gotten a few analyst position offers from IS teams in my market. They all consist of varying levels of base pay with some sort of bonus structure as well. The bonuses vary from a simple % range of base salary, to a % of fees from deals I work on, to a flat fee for deals I work on. I have also heard of other types of bonus structures from people in my network. Wondering how IS analysts in this forum are getting bonused.
