Is this a Positive Job Interview Sign?

Recently had a case study presentation with a Director over the phone. I had to complete a LBO model test first and then had a Q&A session relating to that. At the end of the presentation, the director told me: "You did a good job. We've got some candidates in the pipeline. We'll get back to you with next steps in due course". I have a software called "STreak" installed which tells me when my email has been viewed. Since this conversation happened (~4 days), my email with the case study has been viewed quite a few times. Based on what I have told you, do you feel there is a significant chance that I will be moved to the next round, or it can go either way? I'm guessing the probability is good because if I hadn't done a good job, the director (who was a senior ibanker at a top teal) wouldn't have said so? I must have impressed him?

Honestly, sit back and have a drink is my advice. for what it's worth, when I was interviewing (for a PE role out of ug), I received a "well done" after my final interview from one of the more senior guys. Got the offer a few days later. Yes, I do think people usually won't give you a good job without a job well done, but I'm also not sure if that phrase sounds different/has different implications for someone a few years out of school versus an undergrad who's not supposed to have much knowledge
