Job Advice for Incoming Senior

Summary about myself:
-3.96 GPA from non-target state school
-portfolio mgt course (5 students total) manage a $2M equity fund (real $)
-Advisory Intern (Performance Improvement) for Big 4 firm
-gained meaningful work experience on a Fortune 50 consumer products company
-Wealth Mgt Intern for BB IB
-school involvement, etc.

Long story short, I am preparing to look for FT jobs in the coming months. I know I am a very qualified. I have a diverse work background (good/bad depending how you view it). However, I am hindered by my college since there are no significant recruiting pipelines. It also does not help that I do not come from a city with many finance/consulting related jobs.

I would never call myself crazy smart but smart enough. I make up for this with the fact that I can mix my intelligence with my work ethic and people skills. I'd ideally like to start out in consulting or equity analysis with long term career goals of PE/VC or portfolio/asset mgt. I'm not afraid to work longer hours (not IB though) and to relocate.

To get to my question, what are my odds of landing starting jobs at 2nd tier consulting firms (Deloitte, Accenture, etc)? Are the odds even smaller in equity research? Is there anything I can do on my own time to make myself a more attractive job candidate?

My main concern is settling for a job without even realizing it at the time. I do understand I'll have to leverage all of my contacts and network my butt off. Any positive feedback would be appreciated.
