Just finished first year, burnt out

Just finished my first year (despite the title). Burnt the fck out. I don’t necessarily work for a super sweaty firm (85 hours with the highest being 105 ish) but my boss/md I usually work for rips me a new one everyday. I got great reviews from him + other MDs and he helps place Buyside but idk if I can handle another year. WFH has been really rough and timelines for deals are very tight now. At one point I did 9-4/5am for a week (incl weekend work). I’m not sure if it’s okay to tell my staffer that I don’t want to work for this particular MD but any advice would be greatly appreciated. My firm doesn’t really do/honor protected weekends so it’s a nonstop grind.
