Looking for advice - Second Job/ Weekend Advice

Hey guys, looking for some advice in regards to getting a second job/outside work. I've seen a lot of posts on ways to make side income, but figuring my intentions aren't just income I thought I'd post.

Background:
Coming into my current role I was expecting to work upwards of 70-80 hours a week, including Saturdays. That's not the case. M-F only and 50 hours max leave me with a lot of time. I've been using it to work towards certifications, industry/career research, exercising, and all things people would kill to have the time to do. Great at first, but I just simply don't feel fulfilled. I've always had my hands tied into side hustles and without one the past 2 years I feel like I'm missing out on the opportunity to make additional income and potential networking opps.

Intentions:
I want to start paying off debt at a quicker rate, but I would also like the work to help build network or build skillset (finance or for future entrepreneurial endeavors). For instance, I've done the high end restaurant gig on the side before and was able to make good money and actually meet a lot of people in the industry (opened some doors/found mentors). I'm hesitant to go that route again because I feel like I've exhausted much of what else I can take from it. I'm open to anything really; I just want to hustle like I have in the past and continue to learn. I'm even open to working for free if it meant I could shadow or get exposure to areas I know little about.

I am willing to work like a dog right now but just don't know which direction to head. Appreciate any input on my scenario.
