Gym, doorman, roof access, laundry, dry cleaning service in the building, package signing, friendly staff.

Large windows with lots of light, tall ceilings, quiet apartment. Fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave).

Hot water and gas for cooking included in rent.

Leasing options:

1. 1-year lease (or more) starting February with $95 application fee ($2,295/month).
2. 3-month sublet starting February ($2,150/month).
