Merrill Lynch PMD Program - Team Advisor Vs. Solo Advisor
Please help!
I am in the process of interviewing for Merrill Lynch's PMD Program, and I was hoping that someone could explain the similarities and differences between the team program and the solo advisor path. I am assuming that the team path is bit safer, but will the team advisor path greatly increase my odds of surviving this program?
If anyone could explain additional differences between the two paths I would greatly appreciate that too. I would love to know what the differences are between income, certification requirements, new client quotas/ hurdles, etc.
Thank you!
Any kind of information would be greatly appreciated
