Mid-level career change Big 4 -> JPM WM : is the comp worth it?

Hey all!

Recently on round #2 of JPM private client group as a private banker and switching from a Big 4 as a mid-level employee.

What do you guys think? Will the comp structure be worth it?

What is average total payout for a private banker NYC?

Any advice would be awesome - thank you!!
