Kellogg MSMS vs Duke MMS

Hi, So recently I've been accepted to both of these programs and now i've to make the tough choice of choosing which one to attend. I'm trying to get into Mgmt Consulting. If it doesn't work out I see myself working at a Asset Management Firm on their buy side.

I'm an international student, so keeping that in mind which school should I attend. Looking forward to your opinion and guidance kind strangers!

I'd go with Kellogg. It's known to be a MBB powerhouse and the program has a smaller class size with less internationals . Duke is a good program, but it's a massive class size and there are a ton of international students.

Massive class size at Duke? We're talking 100-120 students... The program has around 30 to 40% international students. You clearly don't know what you're talking about.

Most MSF programs are 30-40 students. 120 is massive. And 40% international is a lot, especially when it comes to Visas.

If you look at the placement report you can clearly see this.

Dukes a fine program, but 100-120 is a massive class size for a program that has no specific recruiting.

Shoot me a message if you'd like. Ive talked to a number of northwestern MiM grads and adcoms over the years.

Watch out for bad advice on this site. WSO is great overal, but some wierdos have an axe to grind and pass off bad advice for gospel.

great introduction for yourself. OP can't get any good info from YOU a loser or Admissions who arent applying to the jobs that students want to have. Time for you to enter a casket.

@TNA, I'd love to hear the major key points to be pointed out according to your opinion, based on the feedback you collected from those Kellogg MSMS graduates.

It would benefit us all; the program being quite recent and reliable information out there about its career opportunities, quite scarce.
