Need help deciding offers

I'm deciding between 3 different offers and I would like some outside opinion.

Offer 1 -- 2nd-tier mid-size lodging company, sr. FP&A: Will be supporting the revenue & expense side, along with traditional FP&A responsibilities. Pay is roughly the same as offer 3 with a very easy commute.

Offer 2 -- RIA (registered investment adviser), Research/Investments: portfolio management (analysis, trading, reporting) and research/recommend on discretionary equity investments/ special situations / alternative investments. Pay is 20% higher than both offers, commute is medium. Problem with this role is if i'm pigeon-holing myself in what seems to be a wealth management / financial planning role.

Offer 3 -- Balance sheet lending with a BB, Associate; U/W / Origination; Pay is roughly on par with offer 1 and commute is difficult.

I came from a sell-side IB with couple years in capital markets. Left looking for better work-life. LT goals are scattered: I want to land into the buy-side, but it hasn't been easy landing a gig. I wouldn't mind corp strat/dev/IR functions either at a F500. I have no clue about BS lending and the exit opportunities there and what salary progression looks like (you can chime in there if you'd like).
