Opinions: DFI -> Traditional PE?

Hi Monkeys,

I would like to ask those in traditional and infrastructure PE about how you view prospective candidates/applicants from equity teams in development finance institutions like IFC/EBRD/EIB etc. I know that traditionally, these places were considered pigeon holes with the only viable exit route being business schools but it seems like PE players are increasingly adopting ESG/impact guidelines to appeal to LPs.
