I have heard from friends and seen that at many BB's A2A promotion happens almost exactly at 2 years. Is this an accelerated promotion timeline? My bank seems to wait till the end of three years to promote to Associate. Is it better to move to a firm that has faster promotion schedules? Why are some banks promoting so early right after the end of full 2 years?
