Questions to ask in an interview to a Partner

Hello monkeys of WSO,
I am currently a 2nd year BSc student who is at his second round interview for a Private Equity.

The way the process goes is: 1st round with associates, 2nd round with Partners, 3rd round with founding partner. The process is simple as it is a small PE (+/- 30 members).

One question that I had in mind to ask associates and went well was "How much time do you actually spend working on deals vs performing portfolio management?".

However, as I don't know as well the responsibilities of a Partner, I don't know how to adapt this question to him.

Could anyone help me? How would you rephrase this question to a PE Partner? And what are the main responsibilities that differentiate a Partner?

Thank you to whoever answers this question and I hope your recruitment window went well!!
