Recruiting for IB as a biology/healthcare related major

I used to want a job in healthcare, specifically medicine since I was a child. However, after coming to college I somehow was sucked into the world of IB and have found myself going through the motions of recruiting for my sophomore year internship and rapidly preparing for junior year ones. I've gotten heavily involved with banking clubs on campus and have even gotten some pretty good leadership roles. Yet, I've recently realized my major (math w a concentration in finance) is much too quantitive and not really that applicable to IB since the bulk of what I will need to know from technicals is learned outside the classroom. (It also comes with the great potential to wreck my GPA). That being said I've decided to go through with my passion for healthcare and focus my studies in that area instead while supplementing with acc and fin courses. I might pick up a business minor but a major would require a transfer of schools which I am now too far along in my degree for.  In the grand scheme of things, I think picking this major up doesn't affect my ability to recruit and adds no less of a benefit than majoring in math. The only issue is I'm not so sure how recruiters will receive this on my resume. My school is a target school but I've heard the first round of cuts for resumes take out all the non-related majors. Will this make me stand out compared to peers in fin or put me at a detriment for not showing full interest? I'm aiming to land a job at a bank and try to work in the healthcare sector and possibly move into healthcare consulting. I still have a love for finance and IB after realizing I want to study health and don't foresee myself ever going to med school. My plan is to study this field hoping it brings something to the table in terms of being an interesting candidate with a specialty in an area of investing that most don't have while leveraging extracurriculars (clubs, case comps, business frats, business internships) to show interest and experience. How much harder will it be for me during the recruiting cycle? And any tips/ experience about how to navigate it with my major? I am also an Asian female if it makes any difference.

TLDR; Switching into Bio from Math Finance and pursuing IB with conc in healthcare. Hoping to move into healthcare consulting. Currently recruiting for soph yr with some internships potentially on the table. How hard is it to recruit with non business major?Attend target school and am an Asian female.
