Retail REIT Questions
Going in for a analyst position at a retail REIT. National REIT, just owns retail, looks like a mixture of outdoor malls, anchored by usual suspects (like Target, Whole Foods, etc). Curious if anyone has experience in these interviews or good retail based questions besides "how the heck are you going to back the negative perception?"
FYI- have the standard real estate questions ready to go, just curious if we have some retail experts out there.
