RSM: Exit Opportunities, Worth it?

Hi WSO,

I was recently offered a position with RSM in their Financial Advisory Consulting Services as a BVal Associate (not in NY). The hours are 60-65 during business season (pairs with auditors for internal business valuation) then more relaxed afterwards with internal/external valuations. Side note: was offered $60k and would live at home to save money, but basically devote my life to the company for a few years - is this worth the pay?

I envision myself staying here for a few years then leaving for an M&A position or something comparable. Since RSM mainly works with middle market firms, is this position strong to future employers?

Thanks
