Ruane, Cunniff, Golfarb as an exit

I am an undergrad currently set on entering a career in investment banking. I was wondering if they typically hire FTs straight out of their summer investment analyst program or if they are open to people exiting from EB IBD? I know they typically only take 1-2 FT first year analysts yearly. Let me know if you know more about them!
