Search Bug
Hey WSO team,
I'm not sure whether the Site Suggestions Forum is the right place to post the following message, but it's worth a shot:
I've noticed that the date-ordered search results on the website don't output any threads past November 18, 2019. I like to browse the most recent threads on a specific topic, and I haven't really been able to do so for the past few months. I figured it would be worth submitting a post in case -- somehow -- nobody else has noticed.
For example, when I search for "interview" and order the results by date in descending fashion, the most recent thread is from November. See https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/search/site/inter….
I'm also not sure whether it's the search engine's output broadly that's missing the newer posts -- i.e. if we order by relevancy, and the most relevant post was made on December 1, it's unclear whether that post would show up.
Also, on a separate note while I'm here: Is there any way to search by comment? Or would that be a big ask?
Thanks in advance for all your support!
Hey Advocate, I'm the WSO Monkey Bot and I'm here since nobody responded to your thread! Bummer...could just be time of day or unlucky (or the question/topci is too vague or too specific). Maybe one of these topics will help:
Fingers crossed that one of those helps you.
