Seeking thoughts of fomer auditors in IBD
Hi all,
Would like to hear the thoughts of any former auditors who ended up doing IBD.
I am a current auditor seeking IBD roles. Given that I have only decent grades in school and average career experience, its most likely I would be at a boutique or at best a middle market firm. Searching on linkedin led me to see that the exit opps for boutiques aren't at all good.
Therefore, I was just wondering at what point does a career in Accounting make more sense than one in IBD?
