Staff Accounting at boutique firm

I'm having a final round of interviews with a company's consultant tomorrow (Saturday) and I know no one here knows anything for certain but I have a few questions and I'd like to hear some tips on interviewing with a consultant.

  1. I find it strange she wants to interview on a Saturday (phone) so I'm optimistic its only a final stamp and I'm really confident I got the job.

  2. Its an firm with 50-60 employees and this is a new role, what kind of salary would you ask for (Cleveland, OH)

  3. What are exit opps for a role like this? I mean into other companies?
