State of Middle East Consulting Firms in 2021

Hello all,
Since the previous threads on the topic were a bit outdated, I decided to open a new one. Please feel free to share your latest insights about the state of the Middle East offices of the top consulting firms (MBB, Big 4, Tier 2, etc.). How big is the office? How did you guys fare during the past year or two? How is the lifestyle? Types of projects you usually work on (industry/function)? How is the pay progress? Any significant benefits (housing stipend etc.)? Would appreciate it if professionals from the region could chime in too. I will compile all the information from the comments in the body of the original post to make it easier for viewers. Many thanks!
