The Oxbridge Group - Pre-MBA PE Initial Recruiting Interview
Does anyone have experience with The Oxbridge Group for recruiting? If so, what is the initial 30 minute meeting with them like?
I am prepared to answer technicals but would like to get a sense of how much is behavioral vs. technical / what level of technical questions they would ask. It is only 30 mins so I can't imagine it's anything too crazy.
Greatly appreciate any and all help in advance.
Recall it being pretty easy, more focused on what specific firms/strategies/geographies I was interested in, so make sure you have a tight narrative around that, helps if you know which firms you're interested in they represent
Thank you that's very helpful, I've got a list of ~15 funds ($2-20Bn). I'm assuming this is the right ballpark for oxbridge, correct? If you know of any funds they represent and are comfortable sharing I'd appreciate to see if my assumptions are correct
Don't really know off top of my head, this was a little while back for me now. But that's definitely the right ballpark. I wouldn't worry about knowing exact funds they work with too much, as long as you frame it as illustrative examples vs. must have names
