This may be crazy... JetBlue Pass + Crashing Career Fairs = Job?
So there's this JetBlue offer for $599 to buy a pass that lets you fly anywhere for $599. I have $150 in jetblue credits... so I figure, why not go across the country for recruiting/OCR/campus fairs/interviews?
I'm not sure how to interpret the 3 day in advance stipulation... but it sounds like I have to stay somewhere for 3 days before I book right?
Anyway, what do you guys think? I'm in Boston so I'm not that limited, but I figure it's a great way to see the country and try to get some interviews.
If you could tell me which of your schools have September OCR or career fairs, that'd be appreciated!
You are in Boston. Most of the targets are in driving range of you no?
You are going to pay taxes and other applicable fees for each flight anyway, so it will not be completely free.
STK, I may be wrong but I believe taxes only apply to international flights for this particular offer. Its actually not a bad deal if you have some free time and wanna hop around for a month.
Maybe you are right, I know that when I read the offer it said taxes not included so I automatically assumed you would have to pay a couple dozen bucks each flight.

The WSO Guide to Understanding TARP
TradeUp: Yes, MIT, Harvard, Wellesley (I still have bus tickets), Boston College, Brandeis, Babson are within reach--but I'm looking towards West Coast as well.
Thanks guys for the warnings. I should definitely keep those fees in mind. But it sounds like a deal I can't pass on.
So I take it you're a girl?
