Two SA Offers: Deutsche Bank Technology vs JP Morgan CADP

Hey guys.

I have received two offers for summer analyst roles, Deutsche Bank's technology summer internship, and JP Morgan's corporate analyst development program internship.

Ideally I'd want to move toward the front/mid office (ideally risk) and with both of these roles being pretty back office, I'm looking for the one that would give me the best flexibility to move forward.

With CADP, the full time position is a 2 year rotational program where you spend time in a few roles and are eventually "placed" into one. With DB Tech, I do not believe they have any sort of rotational program, rather you are placed onto your team and that's where you stay. I'm not too interested in becoming a developer or programmer or anything, and would rather stay on the finance side, but I still thought DB tech would be a nice way to learn some tech skills that I'd be able to use later on. But at the same time, I don't want to get stuck in tech for the rest of my career. Also, I know it shouldn't be a factor yet at this point, but tech definitely pays better, however some people have told me that you "top out" much sooner compared to other roles.

Which role should I take if I'm looking to move to the front/mid office? Would tech give me any possibility to move up? Or should I stick it out and do CADP?

Thanks in advance.
