University of Miami MRED+U

Hey there WSO, wondering if anyone has any impressions or knowledge of University of Miami's MRED+U program (https://mredu.arc.miami.edu/).

Quick background on me: I'm working for a small developer here in Miami as an analyst, just started this year. Developer has traditionally focused on hotels, but is expanding to multifamily (which is where I land). Deal flow is kind of slack at the moment, but is/should continue to pick up. I see long term growth potential here although it will be slow going for a bit.

I'm interested in an MSRED, but moreso something that I could do part-time. Although I would love to go somewhere like Columbia and shoot for employment at a larger and more established shop, I have to be honest with myself that it would be an exercise in vanity to uproot myself from Miami and be a full-time student again when I already have a decent gig with an upward trajectory (although I'd always be open to hear arguments to the contrary).

All that being said, my options in Miami are pretty limited, so I'm just wondering if anyone is familiar with UM's program?
