Urgent help appreciated: Bloomberg Analytics & Sales V.S. Graduate Program in IB Back Office Operations

Hi everyone,

I'm fresh out of University and I just got these 2 offers and am looking for advice before I accept either.

For Bloomberg Analytic & Sales, I'll most likely be starting at helpdesk for 2-3 years and then move on as sales for the Bloomberg Terminal.

For the Graduate Talent Program in IB Back Office Operations (UBS), it'll be a 18-24 month program where I'll be rotating departments / teams.

Starting salary for Bloomberg is higher.

Anyone have insights / advice about the career prospects / progression / exit opportunities in either path?

Have to get back to them by end of the week.

Appreciate whatever help and advise I can get.
