Sophomore PWM internship during fall/spring semester?

I am a rising sophomore from a non-target with a 3.9 GPA and leadership position in a finance-related club on campus, and I have no internship for the summer. Is it too late to try to find a PWM internship in fall/spring semester maybe? Do I have a chance to land one if I start networking now? Are fall/spring internships even offered? If I want one for next summer, when is the best time to begin networking for it? Fall/spring semester would be preferred, but I honestly just need something on my resume and the pandemic is definitely not helping. I have 0 personal connections or mentors sadly, so please any advice about securing a PWM internship this year will be appreciated. I apologize if any of these questions sound stupid, I am new to this and any advice will help.
