VC VP Comp
Not sure if there’s much reliable / helpful data on this but any idea on what this might look like for a first-time fund with ~$75MM, looking to raise ~$150-200MM next year. I would be the only mid level with one partner and two associates. Any ballpark estimates for cash comp and carry econs, and also how to think about evaluating the opportunity?
