Why does this sub look down on Sales so much?
I’m not talking about sales as in AXA or Northwestern Mutual. I’m referring to retail or institutional sales.
You’re speaking with FAs or institutional investors. There’s still a high barrier to entry, you’re part of revenue generating so pay can be great, etc.
So I’m curious why people look down on sales side of the business as if they’re like an IVY league athlete?
