Graduate GPA vs. undergrad GPA...also SAT vs. GRE scores

So let's say you have an ok 3.5 GPA undergraduate but were able to earn a 3.8/3.9 GPA during your graduate study, will top consulting firms still care that much about your GPA in undergrad? Same thing, if you score mediocre on your SAT (let's say 1800 out of 2400) and then very well on your GRE/GMAT (let's say 750 out of 800), will the latter effort helps much more on getting an interview?

If you're applying for a pre-MBA position (I don't know if your graduate study refers to MBA or not) then it matters. If you are applying for the post-MBA position, then for most cases no.

No one is going to be calibrated on graduate gpa. 1800 SAT / 750 GMAT is an interesting split -- not sure, offhand, what I would draw from that.
