They have this internship program where you write articles for publication on their website. They promise to put your name on the articles as part of your CV boosting. But after you finish the article, they indicate the name of a different author at the front page and put your name beneath the last page where it barely gets noticed.... this not only undermines your efforts but its depriving the interns the exposure they needed from these internships.... please work on this wall street oasis... WE DESERVE BETTER FOR OUR EFFORTS

The PE and Modeling/Valuations Bootcamp were incredibly helpful! I recently landed a gig in an infrastructure fund and these courses really helped me tie all the pieces together to become more knowledgeable in modeling and finance.

Informative and well organized

This site has been incredibly helpful throughout my career over the last 6 years. I started my career in a completely different industry and while considering making the move to CRE, needed resources to help me learn the industry, including the various sectors and career paths that may be available. This site has without a doubt been my #1 resource outside of my own network. I read the forums this site provides daily during that time and still do to this day.
