I have been user for a long time and I have loved the website a lot. Currently, there are some issues the platform faces
1. App is buggy, I think it'd be really cool to have a fully functional non buggy app as most of my browsing on wso is done through the app now
2. Spam and low quality content is a plague on the forum. "Prestige" and "Rankings" threads dilute the quality of the platform. There should be better moderation deployed as these kind of posts lower the quality of the website

I've used WSO since I was applying for an IB analyst job. There is a good depth of information from the experience of people in the industry. I consider WSO to be the best free online resource for IB.

One suggestion could be that the forum could be better managed so that it's less distracted from online trolls and more focused on the quality information that's already out there.

Overall, a great resource for the financial services industry, especially IB.

WSO was an invaluable tool in my job search. Without the other monkeys, it would have been nearly impossible for me to stay up to date on the goings on in banking and knowledgable of interview tips. As a first generation student, I had a lot of difficulties networking and receiving help the traditional way which is why I'm so grateful WSO was there for me.

I wouldn't recommend this service. College career services offer better ideas.

A welcomed breath of honestly (and humor) when compared with the endless desert of people who either have never done IB or who have been out too long to be relevant. It's a welcome (enough) environment that prepares you for real day to day.

There wasn't one feature I disliked. Test preparation and career consultation was excellent. I wish I knew about this service when I started high school for motivation in academics.
