hbs 2+2
I was reading the faqs on the hbs 2+2 page. From searching this and other sites, the consensus seems to be that the program searches for gifted non business majors to come over to the dark side by getting an mba and going into business. However, one of the faqs asks " is the program only searching for non bus ugrads?" and the answer says that when the program was founded, the program looked for only non bus ugrads, but now they accept some econ and finance majors. I would totally love to apply to the 2+2 as a way to eliminate the risk of applying later in my career, like 2/3 years down the line and not have to apply to bschools while working in the finance industry. I am totally geared for finance and very little else, so should i give this program a shot? My leadership experience and academics are impressive, and i would still have 2 summers to add 2 consulting or IB internships to my resume.
thanks for the replies in advance,

I recently contacted the
I recently contacted the admissions staff for 2+2 actually, regarding this issue. The admissions person stated that they are now looking at every major for admissions... aka business students don't have to worry as much anymore. Best of luck. Enjoy college and don't kill yourself prepping for it though. My buddy was nominated for rhodes and didn't get in for 2+2.
