Jus to be clear, is the VP on a mushroom, or a mound of feces? Either way the downhill flow is quite well represented.
How are you making these? The block edges and the airbrush looks like it's from Paint. Surely you don't make these in Paint using a mouse, that would be quite brutal and time consuming.

Pic is great but not entirely accurate, no VP would god forbid actually correspond directly with an analyst (gross!), you need to at least incorporate an associate class in there and maybe some staffers
