If you're not reading The Altucher Confidential, you should be. James is a great writer, his stuff is highly entertaining, and he's one of us (though he might take exception to that). Anyhow, this recent interview with Andrew Warner of Mixergy is a Must Watch. James tells the story of how he pulled the idea for Stockpickr pretty much out of his ass and then sold the company for $10 million less than a year later. He broke all the "rules" of entrepreneurship (no business plan, gave up huge equity, etc...) but walked away $5 million richer in a year. Plus, he's so animated that you can't help but like the guy. James is great. When I complained on stockpickr that his Buffett book was too expensive (~60), he sent me a free copy. Stockpickr really didn't have much earnings potential, but good on James for dropping it when it was hot.

James is cool. His blog is worth reading. Given he already has a successful blog, I'd say pretty much zero chance of his guest writing on here.
