Graduate Training Program
General Interview Information
Interview Details
I would say for me one interview with the Recent Grad guy was more technical, as he asked me to explain some concepts in finance (and what I like the most from the CFA curriculum (he just finished level II so he was really excited to hear that I was going to take Level I in Dec that year). The interview with the alum was more behavioral type, as he asked me to vision where I want to be in 5 years from now, and why I think getting into the program with Aberdeen can help me achieve those goals.
In my perception, Aberdeen seems to be a very dynamic place with a diverse body of employees. They tend to minimize hierarchy in their operation, or at least in the Fixed-income and equity research teams that I had the chance to know more in depth. They value employees not only by their expertise in the field, but also by how they can contribute and build a stronger community at Aberdeen.
