Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submit resume online, then got call for an interview. First rounds are fit based, final rounds with the CEO. I got the interview through a connection and bypassed most of the HR barriers. Definitely not as rigid a process as BBs or EBs. Overall experience was very positive and the work environment seems really friendly.
