First, I had a 45 min motivational interview with an Associate and an Analyst. Right after I had another 45 min technical interview with a Director and an Analyst.

Both interviews last 45 minutes and are held by 2 associates (4 in total). The fit interview is really about how much you want to work in amsterdam.
The technical one was the typical m&a interview, always the same questions, quite basic.
