Once you pass the resume check, you will be moved to a bunch of online assessments, including maths questions, personality tests, a writing question, and a short video interview with a few practice opportunities beforehand. The process is very time-consuming. After that, you will be invited to the first round interview with the hiring manager, talking about a few basic behavioural questions such as tell me about yourself, why agentis, why IB, etc. Then it's a 1-hour technical interview with an analyst at Agentis. You will be given 15 mins to read the case the take notes. There are many follow-ups in this part. The final round is an interview with an exec member. It would mainly be a combination of technical and behavioural questions.

Interview
Numerical, verbal and personality exam was very long (~2 hours) with multiple stages.

First round interview was with head of operations. Covered why I wanted to work in IB and my expectations from the role. Focused on my ability to work under pressure and long hours.

Second round interview with partner from the firm. Before my interview I was told to prepare for technical questions covering infrastructure related transactions (i.e. toll roads). However, during my interview we did not cover any technicals rather spent time going through my CV and the partner seeing how my personality would incorporate into the team.

Final round with head of London office in person. Got to meet some of the team in the London office. Interview involved questions about my time at university and technical questions.

Perceptions of people was that everyone is very nice and supportive but that the Canadian employees expect harder work and can be harsher than their London counterparts.

Interview
The overall process was very smooth albeit a bit slow at times as there was one point where I had to wait two weeks for an update. However, everyone who was involved in the process was very friendly and provided me with a lot of information and insight into the role and working at the firm. They require candidates to complete a set of online tests which were quite challenging but fun to do.
Interview Questions
Towards the end of the interviews, they asked some brainteaser-type questions that I found quite challenging. I can't recall the questions exactly but I remember one of them being taken from the online assessment and had to do with calculating probabilities.
