Interview
Before any interaction - had to do a written essay-like test on quite general questions (e.g., how do geopolitical news affect markets..). After not having heard for several weeks, a follow up IQ-like test was requested (pattern rec.). Then three calls followed. First call: HR person asking behavioural stuff (why IB, why agentis, why infra). Then ca. hour long grill session (technicals with case study) by analyst/assoc. After positive feedback, interviewed by senior person. Received offer after several weeks.

Interview
Pre-interviews consisted of a personality test, a writing test, and then aptitude tests (similar to GMAT verbal and quant questions, but on the easier side since there were many questions vs. time allowed.) Then went to a phone screening, which you can imagine is simple behavioural questions with the recruiter. Then went to a 1 hr case round where I had 20 mins to solve a case and the rest to answer questions on it. The final round was with two directors and was a mix of behavioural and technical q's.
Interview Questions
Most difficult by far was the brain teaser: There are 25 horses among which you need to find out the fastest 3 horses. You can conduct a race among at most 5 to find out their relative speed. At no point can you find out the actual speed of the horse in a race. Find out the minimum no. of races which are required to get the top 3 horses.

Interview
After appying online you are invited to do a skills test. The skills test is a mix of pattern recognition and english-logic. After the skills test you do a phone screening with HR who asks you basic questions like what your hours expectations are, tell me about yourself, etc. Then you are interview by an Anlayst, the call starts off with reading a simple case study then they ask you some very basic qualitative questions like how would you build the model, followed by technical questions like the formula for CAPM, key assumptions for a toll bridge, etc. The final call is with a senior, mostly behavioral and fit questions.
Interview Questions
How do you value a toll highway, what is the formula for CAPM, what is the beta for a too highway, can you describe a time with a conflict?

Once you pass the resume check, you will be moved to a bunch of online assessments, including maths questions, personality tests, a writing question, and a short video interview with a few practice opportunities beforehand. The process is very time-consuming. After that, you will be invited to the first round interview with the hiring manager, talking about a few basic behavioural questions such as tell me about yourself, why agentis, why IB, etc. Then it's a 1-hour technical interview with an analyst at Agentis. You will be given 15 mins to read the case the take notes. There are many follow-ups in this part. The final round is an interview with an exec member. It would mainly be a combination of technical and behavioural questions.

Interview
Numerical, verbal and personality exam was very long (~2 hours) with multiple stages.

First round interview was with head of operations. Covered why I wanted to work in IB and my expectations from the role. Focused on my ability to work under pressure and long hours.

Second round interview with partner from the firm. Before my interview I was told to prepare for technical questions covering infrastructure related transactions (i.e. toll roads). However, during my interview we did not cover any technicals rather spent time going through my CV and the partner seeing how my personality would incorporate into the team.

Final round with head of London office in person. Got to meet some of the team in the London office. Interview involved questions about my time at university and technical questions.

Perceptions of people was that everyone is very nice and supportive but that the Canadian employees expect harder work and can be harsher than their London counterparts.
