Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The group utilizes boutique recruitment firms that they know well to screen for suitable candidates. The first step is an interview with the recruitment firm and some of its people who ask screening questions and evaluate your interview skills. Once they determine that you are suitable for the job, they schedule an interview with the three most senior people in the group. This can consist of one or two interviews depending of the schedule. The interviews are about 1-1.5 hours long.
