Investments Summer Analyst

I attended an on-campus recruiting event for the LA office, where I met an employee from the Investments Group in NYC. I was referred internally and applied online, and within a week was contacted by a recruiter asking for me to confirm my interest in the NYC location. The next week, I received an invitation to attend a final round superday in NYC. My superday consisted of three one-on-one interviews with an MD, a VP, and an analyst from different groups within Investments. The interview with the analyst was mostly technical (but pretty basic), the interview with the VP consisted of behavioral questions (that HR had compiled), and the interview with the MD was "behavioral" but more of a conversation about my interests/the markets/macroeconomic and geopolitical events. Overall, the entire process was very quick and enjoyable.
